And life goes on...

Monday: when last you heard from me I was relaxed and cheerful. After all, I had all of my homework done, and thus had a carefree weekend. It was such a lovely weekend. Then Monday hit. (dramatic music) While casually looking over the D2L site for my psychology class, I happened to see a post from my professor mentioning something about an exam Thursday. Exam?!? needless to say, my carefree happy feelings went downhill from there.

Tuesday: Busy busy day. I have classes all day on Tuesdays with the last one (speech class) getting out at 8:00. That was a fun class though, because we had to do infomercials. We were divided into teams of 3-4 people, and each team was given a random object. Our task was to create a commercial for our object...but we couldn't have the object be used for its real purpose. So our handheld garden rake became...(drumroll please)...the SUPER FORK!!! Are you tired of going hungry because you simply don't have the time to eat a good meal? Do you spend your days exhausted and malnourished? Well, I have just the product for you. It's the SUPER FORK!! With this latest and greatest invention in American cutlery, you will never have to worry about not having time to eat a full meal again. Just one bite gets the job done! Order now...

Wednesday: I spent all day studying, and while doing so I discovered that Java Joys has the best hot cocoa I've ever had. No joke. I highly recommend it.

Today...the psychology test went well, but I also had a math exam and it was harder than anyone expected. Many people were unable to finish. I developed a headache about five minutes into the test. Misery misery misery. There. I'm done complaining now. : )

I wonder if future generations will look back on the American culture and wonder why we all wore blue pants??

Goodnight.

P.S. I definately want to come play volleyball! I hope it all works out...maybe I could get a ride with somebody if Mom or Dad couldn't come...

Thank you so much!! :) did you have a good Easter??

Daughter of Eve said...

Yeah, it was fun. We just stayed home and did stuff together. Dad hid lots of little foil-covered chocolate eggs all over the house in the afternoon, so we all got to go look for them. Some may say that I'm too old for such stuff, but Dad hides things so well that it's always fun. :P So yes, we had a good Easter. :D We were thinking of watching Shadowlands that night, but Mom was really tired. :P But yes, it was fun. :D What did you guys do?

Super-fork. *snorts* Good one! Most creative! Jolly good, eh, what.

Yes! People will wonder why we wore bluepants and why we didn't shave our heads, among other things (like why the houses aren't painted black :P ). Indeed.

To Queen Lucy: Oh pish-posh! As if anyone could EVER be too old for chocolate!! Indeed! :)
We went to My grandma's house in Rockford. It was fun. Some of the kids colored eggs...and themselves. I have a little cousin who will probably be green for a few weeks. And heavens! I never knew a kid that small could fit an entire egg in his mouth!!

To Owan: Well, by George, we could always give them one less thing to wonder about and go ahead and shave our heads. It would be most proper, I'm sure.

Daughter of Eve said...

Oh indeed. We could all shave our heads. No more hair-pulling worries! :P

BETHANY!!! Have you heard any updates on Kirsten, Kelsey, Katie, and Scott??? Anything on Katie's arm???

Well, *I* don't wear blue pants so the snobs will have to look somewhere else!! *Hmph*

JK! :) :D

Superfork? I NEED that! $20 would be a bit too much, but I'd be willing to get two at $19.99 each.

Ah, but you do wear jean skirts, so all the snobs of the future will still have something to wonder about. In fact, I wonder myself why in the world jean fabric is always dyed blue. If it wasn't, we would probably never think to wear blue pants or skirts with tops that are red or yellow.

Heh heh...bring your money next Sunday and I'll have two amazing super forks ready for you...and just because I'm in a good mood I'll throw in the shipping for free. : )

Miss ShortStuff, would you be so kind as to give me your email address? I would like to invite you to my blog, but I can't without somewhere to send the invitation to. :P So if you would be so kind as to maybe email it to me? Our email address is in the church directory (I don't have my own), but at church you said that they have the wrong one for you, and it doesn't look right...
Anyway, if you would be so kind, I would be most happy to invite you to Narnian Notes! :D
